Sykeruns lists this bike at $1,999 on their own site. Ours is $1,350, and the shipping is already inside that.
The X7 is the biggest bike we carry. 5500W and 220 N.m of torque, built for adult riders who want real power off road without a gas engine to maintain. Three gears, so you can keep it tame or let it run.
Who the X7 is for
Here is the straight version, because the X5 is $375 cheaper and we would rather you buy the right one than the dearer one.
Three things make the X7 the correct bike rather than the bigger bike:
- Rider weight over 265 lbs. That is the X5's limit. The X7 carries 330 lbs. If the rider is over 265, this is not an upgrade, it is the only one of the two that fits.
- Rider taller than 5 ft 11 in. The X7 fits up to about 6 ft 3 in. A tall adult on the X5 rides with their knees up and cannot weight the pegs properly.
- Hills, sand and technical ground. 220 N.m against 146 N.m is what pulls you up a loose climb from a standstill instead of bogging, and what carries you through sand instead of digging in. This is the difference you feel on every single ride, far more than the 6 mph of extra top speed.
If none of those three is true, and the rider is under 265 lbs and under 5 ft 11 in on flat open ground, the X5 at $975 does the job and you keep $375. The full comparison is in Sykeruns X5 vs X7.
One more thing worth knowing: Sykeruns prices their own X5 at $1,199 and their own X7 at $1,999, an $800 gap. Our gap is $375. So if you were ever going to stretch for the bigger bike, this is by far the cheaper stretch.

About that 60 mile range
That is the factory number, measured at low speed on flat ground. Riders who track it report 22 to 31 miles of real off road use. Plan around the lower number. We put the full breakdown in our Sykeruns X7 review.
What actually changes your range, in order: how hard you pull the throttle, rider weight, how loose the ground is, and how many times you stop and start. Note that the real world gap between the X7 and the X5 is much smaller than the claimed gap, so range is not a good reason on its own to pick between them. Fit and torque are.
What shows up, and what you do
The X7 arrives sealed in its factory crate, exactly as it reached us, because we never open it. About 90% of the assembly is already done at the factory, which leaves you the handlebars, the front wheel and a few bolts, plus a first full charge before the first ride. The tools are packed in the box. Most riders have the assembly finished in 20 to 30 minutes, sometimes 10 once you have done one, and are only waiting on the battery after that.

Questions people ask before ordering
Is the Sykerun X7 the same as the Sykeruns X7? Yes. The maker spells it SYKERUNS. Plenty of searches and listings drop the s. Same bike, same specs, same frame.
How fast will it actually go? 56 mph in gear three with a light rider on flat ground. Gear one caps at about 25 mph. On an electric the gear selector is how you control speed, in place of the governor screw on a gas bike.
Will it fit me? About 4 ft 8 in to 6 ft 3 in, and up to 330 lbs. Size by whether you can get the balls of both feet down at a stop.
Can two people share one? Yes, and it is a real reason to size up to this one. Pick the bike that fits the heavier and taller of the two riders, then use the gears to keep it tame for the other.
How long does a charge take, and can I charge it anywhere? 6 to 7 hours on a normal household outlet with the charger that comes in the box. Nothing special to install.
Is this a bike for a kid? No. Gear one still does about 25 mph. For a kid, our 50cc gas minis are $300 and the 60cc is $380, both with a governor screw a parent can turn right down.
Where am I allowed to ride it? Private property, tracks, OHV parks and designated routes on public land. Never streets or sidewalks. Here is the 50 state guide, and here is how to find legal trails near you.
What maintenance does it need? No fuel mixing, no air filter, no spark plug, no carburetor. It is tire pressure, chain tension, brakes and looking after the battery. That is the whole list.
What gear do I need? Helmet, goggles, gloves, boots over the ankle, long sleeves and long pants, every ride. At 56 mph on dirt that is not optional. Our gear guide covers how to fit a helmet properly.

- Off road use only. This is not street legal. It does not come with a title, a VIN or registration paperwork, and it cannot be made street legal. Private property, dirt lots, desert and tracks only. Not streets, not sidewalks, not bike paths, not public roads.
- Not a toy. This is a full size electric motorcycle built for teens and adults. An adult must supervise every ride, and an adult should do the final assembly and the pre ride checks.
- Gear every single ride. Helmet, gloves, goggles, long sleeves, long pants and closed shoes. No exceptions, no "just around the yard" ride.
- Rider limits. Built for teens and adults. Max rider weight 330 lbs, and it fits riders from about 4 ft 8 in to 6 ft 3 in. Not suitable for small children.
- It arrives crated, and you finish it. The bike comes to you sealed in its factory crate exactly as it reaches us, about 90 percent assembled at the factory. We never open it. You fit the front wheel and the handlebars, tighten a few bolts and add the fluids. The tools are in the box. Go over every fastener, the brakes and the throttle before the first ride. - Riding carries real risk. Any powered two wheeler can cause injury. You and your rider ride at your own risk, and you are responsible for supervision, gear, maintenance and choosing a safe place to ride.
- Check your local rules. Where an off highway vehicle may be ridden, and whether it needs an OHV decal, varies by city, county and state. That part is on you to check before you ride. We keep a 50 state guide to where you can legally ride.
- Who we are. Plugged by 50CC is an independent retailer. We did not manufacture this bike, and we do not assemble, tune, prep, service or modify it. We buy them new from the factory and pass the sealed crate straight on to you, about 90 percent assembled by the factory, with the last of the assembly and setup done by you. If a part comes through defective we take the claim to the factory on your behalf and get the correct part sent out free.
- All sales are final, and opening the crate ends it completely. No returns and no exchanges once a bike has shipped, and none at all once the crate has been opened and the bike assembled. An assembled bike cannot be sold as new and it does not go back in the crate. Before you cut the straps, check the model, the colour and the size are what you ordered. If anything arrives damaged or a part is defective, leave it in the crate, send us a short video and we will get it solved. Full terms in our refund policy.
