Refund policy
All sales are final once a bike has shipped
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong colour choice, or a rider who turned out to be too big or too small for the bike. Please be sure before you order.
The reason is simple and we would rather say it than hide it. These ship crated from a supplier warehouse, and return freight on a crated bike costs more than we make on the sale. A shop our size cannot absorb that and still sell bikes at these prices.
If you are not certain the bike fits your rider, text their age, height and weight to 623 320 8984 before you order. We will tell you straight, including telling you to buy the cheaper bike when that is the right answer.
Once the crate is opened and the bike is assembled, it cannot be returned at all
Opening the crate and starting assembly ends any return. An assembled bike cannot be sold as new, and it does not go back into the crate it came out of. Once tools have touched it, it is yours.
So before you cut the straps, check three things: the model, the colour, and the size are what you ordered. If any of them is wrong, stop right there, leave everything in the crate, take photos and text us. That is the moment this is still easy to fix.
To be clear about what this does not mean. If the bike arrived damaged or a part is defective, you still have the claim below, whether the crate is open or not. What ends at assembly is the right to send a working bike back because you changed your mind.
If it arrives damaged, defective, or it is the wrong item
That is a different situation and we do take care of it.
Open the crate and look the bike over as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the problem.

A short video is worth more than a paragraph of description and gets it solved faster. Do not finish assembling a bike you can already see is damaged. Photograph it as it sits and message us first.
How parts claims work, in plain terms
Plugged by 50CC does not cover or pay for warranty and we are not the warranty company. What we do is act as your middleman. If a part is defective, we take the claim to the manufacturer on your behalf and get the correct replacement part sent to you free, for the first year.
In our experience chasing the factory for you is worth more than a card in the box. What it is not is a money back guarantee, and we would rather you know that before you buy than after.
Cancelling an order
We ship the same day, which is usually what people want and occasionally a problem. If you need to cancel, text 623 320 8984 immediately. If it has not left yet we will cancel and refund in full. Once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled and the sale is final.
Refused or undeliverable deliveries
If a shipment is refused at the door, or comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, the return freight and any reshipping cost comes out of the refund. Please make sure someone can take delivery of a crated bike at the address you give us.
Digital products
The Mini Moto Playbook is a digital download. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be returned or refunded, because there is no way to take it back.
Off road only, and what that means for returns
Every bike we sell is off road use only. None of them are street legal, none come with a title, a VIN or registration paperwork, and none can be made street legal. If you buy one intending to ride it on the road, that is not a defect and it is not grounds for a return. It is stated on every product page, in the notice above the buy button, and here.
