Shipping is free, always, and it is already in the price

Every order ships free to all 50 US states. There is no shipping line added at checkout, no handling fee and no surcharge for a bike. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

How fast

• Dispatch: same day, or the next business day for orders placed late or over a weekend.
• Delivery: normally 2 to 5 business days.
• Tracking: emailed to you the day it leaves.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs happen and are outside our control.

Same day local pickup

If you are in the Tempe or Phoenix, Arizona area you can pick up the same day. Text 623 320 8984 first to arrange a time and we will send you the address.

How the bike arrives

It arrives sealed in its factory crate, exactly as it reached us, because we never open it. The factory has it about 90% assembled, which leaves you the front wheel, the handlebars, a few bolts and the fluids. The tools are in the box.

Most families have it together in 20 to 30 minutes, sometimes 10 once you have done one. Go over every fastener, the brakes and the throttle before the first ride.

Taking delivery

A crated bike is heavy. Make sure somebody can be there to receive it and get it off the truck. If nobody can take delivery and the shipment comes back to us, the return freight and any reshipping cost comes out of the refund.

If it arrives damaged

Look it over as soon as it arrives. If the crate is crushed, or anything inside is damaged or missing, take photos or a short video before you go any further and send them to 623 320 8984 or pluggedbycc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

If a part came through defective, we take the claim to the manufacturer on your behalf and get the correct replacement part sent to you free. Plugged by 50CC is the middleman on that, not the warranty company.

Who we are

Plugged by 50CC is an independent retailer. We do not manufacture, assemble, modify or service the bikes we sell. Off road use only, not street legal, no title.
