For kids: the 50cc gas mini at $300
The 50cc collection is one bike in five colors: black, blue, green, red and yellow. Black and blue are the colors parents ask for most. It is a 50cc two stroke with pull start and automatic riding, so there are no gears and no clutch to learn. Top speed is 32 mph, and a speed limiter lets a parent set it slower while a child learns. It fits riders about 5 to 13 years old and up to 170 lb.

For teens and adults: the X5 at $975 and the X7 at $1350
The Sykeruns X5 is $975. It has a 3000W motor, a top speed of 50 mph, and three gear steps at about 15, 27 and 50 mph. It fits riders about 4 ft to 5 ft 11 in and up to 265 lb, and a charge takes about 5 to 6 hours. Plan on about 20 to 25 miles of real off road riding per charge.
The Sykeruns X7 is $1350. It has a 5500W motor, a top speed of 56 mph, and three gear steps at about 25, 39 and 56 mph. It fits riders about 4 ft 8 in to 6 ft 3 in and up to 330 lb, and a charge takes about 6 to 7 hours. Pick the X7 for a taller or heavier rider, or for hills and deep sand.
